Our Welding Capabilities

Ensure that Project Quality especially welding to be implemented and complied with Specification, Project Quality Plan, Procedure and relevant accepted regulations.
Review and approve Vendor’s Welding Qualification Plan/Programme and then monitor/witness qualification activities to evaluate weldment’s integrity, including visual inspections, non-destructive testing (NDT), and destructive testing (DT).
Overall supervision and ensure that, all welding work and other activities such as Material/Equipment inspection, Qualification, Assembly, Welding, NDT, Dimension, Painting/Coating of onshore fabrication.
Maintain Project welding performance, welding rejection and Welder performance are within the KPI and identify and troubleshoot welding-related issues, such as defects, distortions, and material failures, and propose appropriate solutions or process improvements if any.
Interface, Communicate and Maintain close liaison with other Project Disciplines and Third Party for all relevant Activities.
Participate in Site Issue and Non-conformance Report including Disposition, Corrective Action and Preventive Action.
Review and analyze welding documentation and other inspection reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
